Trauma informed therapy for those navigating identity, kink, non monogamy, or integrative healing. Deep, compassionate care that honors your complexity and centers your truth, via secure telehealth throughout Colorado.
Schedule a Free 15 Minute ConsultationMost therapy was built on mononormative assumptions. If you practice polyamory, open partnership, relationship anarchy, or another form of consensual non-monogamy, you have likely spent session time educating your therapist instead of doing the work you came for. That ends here.
I have lived within alternative relationship structures throughout my own life, and my clinical practice specializes in working affirmatively with CNM and ENM clients. You will not need to explain what a polycule is, defend agreements you and your partners built with care, or justify how you love. We begin where the actual work is.
Activation when a partner forms a new connection, and the shame that arrives when jealousy shows up in someone who believed they were beyond it.
Agreements that fit an earlier season of the relationship and now constrain everyone in it, including opening, de-escalating, or restructuring.
Decisions about family, community, and work, and the grief of being only partially known by people you love.
Staying connected to the people you love without losing the thread of your own experience.
EMDR and somatic work for the histories your nervous system carries into every attachment.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and depth oriented work for those ready to go beneath the pattern. KAP is facilitated in partnership with BetterU and other licensed medical providers. I also collaborate with alternative providers when a more affordable or team based approach fits your needs.
Healing happens in connection: with ourselves, with others, and with something greater.
I work with individuals, couples, and relational networks who have lost their way to themselves, each other, or their sense of purpose, and who are ready to do the inner work to reconnect and thrive.
My approach integrates attachment theory, EMDR, somatic awareness, and family systems thinking, because your nervous system and your relationship structure are not separate projects. Non-monogamy asks more of a nervous system, not less. The capacities that make it sustainable are the same ones that make any relationship sustainable: self awareness, regulation, honest communication, and the ability to hold your own experience while staying open to another person’s.

Private-pay therapy is available for both individuals and couples. It offers greater privacy and flexibility by allowing care to be tailored to your needs rather than insurance requirements, including the pace, frequency, and length of sessions. For couples, this means relationship-focused care without having to structure treatment around an insurance diagnosis or medical-necessity requirements.
Extended 75–90 minute sessions can be especially helpful for deeper, more focused work and are available through my private-pay services.
If you are ready to rebuild resilience, reclaim connection, and step into your most authentic self, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
